Canned Chicken breasts


On New Years Day, Matt and I canned chicken breasts for the first time. It was so easy. I only bought 10 pounds to experiment with and wished I'd bought more.

isn't it so nice and easy!!? I love going out to the shelf and grabbing a jar for chicken salad or enchiladas or whatever i need it for... tacos... love it!! Great job!! Beef is just as simple and I personally love adding 2-5 cloves of garlic to it and mmmmmmm, what can I say, yummy!
