The kids dropped a caterpillar into the chicks cage. One chick picked it up and several others followed it trying to get it from her. It was really funny to watch so we recorded a short segment of it.

This experience of raising chicks (and chickens) is one they will never forget. Good for you, Amy. It's totally a bonus that you will get fresh eggs, and have a great place to get rid of kitchen scraps. I'm a little jealous.
