The kids went out and picked all the ripe pumpkins out of the garden. The kids were determined to have pumpkin pie. I told them that I wasn't up to all the work, so they did it. They(mostly Jileigh) cut, cleaned out, baked, skinned and pureed the pumpkin. Matt made the pies. The rest of the pumpkin puree, we put in quart size freezer bags for future use!
